Quinn Ewers and Livvy Dunne Sign NIL Deal with Passes

Just last month, Passes, fresh off signing a multi-million dollar NIL deal with LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne, is now expanding its footprint into the Texas market.

This innovative platform, which fosters connections between creators, athletes, and their fans, has initiated a partnership with the Texas One Fund, the recognized NIL collective supporting Texas athletics. This collaboration marks a pioneering venture, being Passes' first-ever agreement with an NIL collective.

Through this partnership with the Texas One Fund, Passes will welcome 40 athletes from Texas onto its platform. This opportunity will allow these athletes to enhance their personal brand and share unique content.

On3's Pete Nakos reported that Ewers is part of that group.

The athletes are set to offer their fans a range of exclusive content and experiences, such as livestreams offering a sneak peek into the life of a Division I athlete. Through Passes’ technology, fans can engage in direct Q+A calls with the athletes.

The agreement also encompasses Texas wide receivers Johntay Cook and Aaron Butler, in addition to safety Andrew Mukuba. Additionally, Rori Harmon, a standout in women's basketball, and volleyball player Madisen Skinner are participating.

The collective's decision to collaborate with Passes signifies another unconventional strategy. The Texas One Fund, the second NIL organization to join forces with WME, welcomed an Austin-based sales team in December to collaborate closely with the collective in supporting Longhorns athletes.

Moreover, Nicholas Air has recently become the private aviation partner of the Texas One Fund. In November 2022, five NIL entities, all dedicated to supporting Longhorn sports, unified to establish the Texas One Fund after competing for financial support, leading to the consolidation of their efforts under a single initiative.
