Texas quarterbacks Arch Manning and Quinn Ewers are headed to the Manning Passing Academy.

The annual skills camp, which invites the nation's best signal-callers annually to its home of Thibodaux, Louisiana, will take place June 27-30. Given the namesake and potential of Manning's future and with Ewers being considered the best or second-best at his position in college football, it comes as no surprise that the pair would be asked to attend.

Manning has still yet to see much meaningful on-the-field action despite being the nation's No. 1 recruit at one point, mostly holding the clipboard to this point in a situation in which multiple of the quarterbacks in the modern era would elect to transfer.

Manning saw his first and only in-game action during Rivalry Week in the 57-7 blowout win over Texas Tech. It wasn't much, but he was 2-for-5 passing for 30 yards, carrying the ball three times for seven yards.

But it should be noted that he is is coming off of a standout performance from during the Orange-White Spring Game, in which he threw for over 300 yards and 3 touchdowns. With that, Texas fans have plenty of reason for optimism with Ewers set to depart for the 2025 NFL Draft next year.

Ewers' biggest competition for the title of "best quarterback in the nation" for now presents itself most strongly in the form of Carson Beck.

The Longhorns starter had some ups and downs last season, but was overall impressive as he tossed for 3,400 yards in 2023 with a 69% completion rate and 22 touchdowns.

He was a big part of leading the Longhorns to their first Big 12 championship in 14 years, as well as an appearance in their first College Football Playoff game in team history.

Other notable SEC quarterbacks who will also making their way to the bayou include Carson Beck (Georgia), Brady Cook (Missouri), Jalen Milroe (Alabama), Jaxson Dart (Ole Miss), Garrett Nussmeier (LSU), Graham Mertz (Florida), Blake Shapen (Mississippi State) and Jackson Arnold (Oklahoma).
