We just covered Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng this past weekend coming off his visit to Ohio State thinking that we had a grip on his top schools going into the summer. However, now that the top five linebacker in the nation has changed his official visit schedule for the summer yet again it's time for a brief update!

Why?

He's one of the most (if not the most) hotly contested recruits in the entire 2025 class, and his presence will likely shift future victories at the highest levels of the game.

According to Chad Simmons of On3 Sports, as of Sunday May 12th, Owusu-Boateng has changed his official visits schedule to include Notre Dame, Ohio State, Georgia, Michigan, USC, South Carolina, and Stanford!

This is quite the development as he was just slated to make four visits this summer. Now he's nearly doubled it up. Owusu-Boateng narrowed his final list of schools down to 13 here recently, and it seemed he was getting closer to a much smaller group. Now the noise is only ramping heading into the summer.

Owusu-Boateng made it clear that he was going to take his time and be thorough in gathering all relevant information to make the right decision for his future, so this isn't super surprising. But it is almost entirely unique to take this many officials, partly because this is the first offseason where the NCAA has granted unlimited official visits. But it's also rare because not many players are so highly coveted by so many different schools that they actually get this kind of traffic.

It is notable that even though Owusu-Boateng just visited Ohio State this past weekend he's already heading back in June. He also just visited Michigan and Notre Dame recently. A top three may be emerging, depending on how the month of June goes for him. We'll be back with further updates after his month-long streak of consecutive visits comes to a conclusion.
