The USC Trojans are on fire as of late when it comes to their recruiting. There are a few recruiting sites out there that have the Trojans with the No. 1 class in the country for the 2026 cycle, which was previously held by the Oregon Ducks. However, the Trojans flipped an Oregon QB, Jonas Williams, and closed the gap. Now, after getting a four-star linebacker/edge to commit, the Trojans have taken the lead.

But, even with 10 players now committed, that doesn't mean they can stop or slow down. In fact, they should keep their foot on the gas, and continue to destroy all of these other teams in recruiting. They should do that, and something tells me they will.

With the quarterbacks they have coming in, they need to try and put as many weapons around them as possible. They are trying to do that. Now, they have an official date to which they can try and win over one of the best wide receivers in the 2026 class.

USC Trojans have visit scheduled with Naeem Burroughs

According to On3, the Trojans have an official visit scheduled with Naeem Burroughs for June 13.

Naeem Burroughs is a top high school wide receiver from Jacksonville, Florida, in the Class of 2026. He’s fast and skilled, making big plays on the football field. In 2024, as a sophomore, he had 33 catches for 829 yards and 12 touchdowns in nine games. He also runs track, with multiple achievements there as well.

Burroughs is a highly recruited player with over 34 college scholarship offers. He’s narrowed his choices to Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame, Texas, and Wisconsin, and has official visits lined up to Clemson, Florida, USC, and Texas. He’s ranked as high as No. 38 nationally and No. 4 among wide receivers in his class by On3.

His speed and talent make him stand out, and he’s set to be a major name in Florida football and beyond as he decides his college future. Hopefully, that's the mecca of college football, in the pLAce to be — Southern California.
