The Dallas Cowboys will have a telling 2024 NFL free agency after making comments of going all in earlier in the offseason. 

The Cowboys are known as a team that's usually very quiet in free agency and rarely pursue any big names in the market as they prefer to build through the NFL Draft, sometimes to a fault.
