The Dallas Cowboys have had many great defensive players. However, very few compare to LB/DE DeMarcus Lawrence.

Back in February, after being denied during his first year of eligibility, Ware was selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and he got the news via team owner Jones.

Well, Ware is showing love back to Jones as he asked him to be his Hall of Fame presenter in August.

Ware made a surprise visit to Jones, and he greeted him by jokingly saying he was in for his top-30 visit. Jones, with a smile on his face, said this:

"Hey, I wish the world we could do it," Jones said. "We'd sign you up."

It didn't take long for Ware to get to the real reason why he was there.

"But I'm actually here, you know, you were the voice that welcomed me into the Hall of Fame and I want for you, that voice to keep going, and you be my presenter this year for the Hall of Fame," said Ware.

Jones looked at Ware glowingly and humbling accepted.

'I just can't tell you what an honor it is, okay," Jones told Ware. "I mean, it's really because it's you. It's more to me than being in the Hall of Fame, because I know what you're a part of and that's how I got into the Hall of Fame was just standing and rubbing up with you."

Ware went into detail about the moment he shared with Jones when he found out he was going to Canton.

"You know, it's been one of those things like for me, Jerry, that I mean, you're such an important part of my career, such an important part of my life," said Ware. "And when I knocked on your door and I walked in and you said that to me it was, I mean, life-changing."

The NFL draft is approaching, and the Cowboys are busy with visits and preparing for the next wave of talent to come to Dallas. However, before they parted ways, Jones had one more heartfelt thing to say to Ware.

"I'm getting a chance to talk to some young guys right now that are coming into the NFL. And you, as a person, not the football player, but also the football player you were to your teammates. This is what I thought it might be like in heaven if you got into the NFL. I mean that. You're the picture of it. Congratulations."

Needless to say, many will be waiting for the moment when Jones inducts Ware into football immortality.
