After Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott found KaVontae Turpin for a 34-yard touchdown to push the scoreboard up to 38-10 in the fourth quarter, the team pulled out one of the most memorable celebrations we've seen.

Turpin jumped right into the Salvation Army red kettle and took out a bag of turkey legs which Jake Ferguson and Prescott started to eat immediately afterward. In fact, Ferguson was one of the first ones there because it was his idea, per multiple reporters.

"Team effort, team idea," Prescott told reporters with a smile after another great game. "We talked about it, it was probably a two, three-day process. Whether it'd be a 15-yard play. Whether the coach would accept it, and I tell you, I actually go talk to the coach before every game. And sure enough, I caught him as he was talking to Jerry (Jones), and so I mentioned it. And of course, Jerry liked it."

At that point, Prescott was named in charge of making sure the Cowboys were up by enough points for the celebration not to backfire.

"The first touchdown to CeeDee (Lammb) and the following two-point conversion, if you watch, I'm kind of like, 'Is it time? Can we do it?' I'm like, 'No, we'll get another one.' And sure enough, right after the one to (KaVontae Turpin), was like, yeah, let's go for it."

If you felt like the celebration was a big deal, you're probably right. We know how much players love that kind of moment and how it boosts morale but most importantly, it speaks volumes about the confidence of the team.

Anyone watching the Cowboys right now knows and understands it's a confident team. Twelve weeks into the regular season, no team owns a higher point differential than Dallas at +162.

"It's confidence," added Prescott. "We understand we're going to be in there, it's not like we had (turkey legs) in just that end zone, they were in every bucket. DaRon Bland could've got one himself when he jumped in the other bucket, he was probably stepping on them."

In all seriousness, Prescott explained why it's meaningful to be ready for such a celebration.

"That says a lot too, though," the Cowboys quarterback said. "When you plan whether it be a touchdown celebration, a kettle celebration, it's a mindset. I think that's important for us to have those expectations of getting in the end zone and understanding that we'll get back in there."
