All-Pro edge rusher Micah Parsons is probably the most recognizable player in the Dallas Cowboys these days. Not just because he's a great player, but because he has a personality that's engaging.
Whenever Parsons is out and about, the cameras will be rolling, and they certainly were on Sunday. He was in attendance for the NBA Playoff battle between the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers in Philadelphia, but it's what he was wearing that will make some Cowboys fans want to vomit.
Parsons was seen walking on the course sporting a Tyrese Maxey jersey who plays point guard for the 76ers.
Parsons grew up in Harrisburg which is two hours from Philadelphia so in that regard it's not surprising that he has a 76ers jersey on. However, that won't matter to people in the Cowboys fan base.
It's no secret how much Cowboys fans hate the Eagles and vice versa. That's also true when comes to players, and Parsons showed that during the first round of the NFL Draft.
The Eagles were fortunate enough to land Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter with the ninth overall pick. Parsons was ecstatic when the Cowboys got Mazi Smith at 26, but he was vocal about his disgust with the teams that were in front of the Eagles for letting Carter drop that far.
"I'm just so sick to my stomach right now," said Parsons.
The rivalry between the Cowboys and Eagles never dies, and there's no reason it should.
