The Dallas Cowboys are trying to overtake the Philadelphia Eagles as kings of the NFC East, and the label of top dog in the NFC overall.

Philadelphia had the 10th pick in the 2023 NFL draft. However, they moved up one spot after trading with the Chicago Bears and took Georgia's star defensive tackle, Jalen Carter, arguably the best player on defense in the draft.

Cowboys All-Pro linebacker/edge Micah Parsons was in attendance for Bleacher Report's live draft show, and when the pick was made, he wasn't a happy camper.

"I'm just so sick to my stomach right now," said Parsons

He has a reason to be.

The Eagles already have a formidable defensive front with Fletcher Cox, Jordan Davis, Hasson Reddick, Brandon Graham, and Josh Sweat. Now with Carter in the mix, they're a hit squad, and one the Cowboys' offensive line will have to face twice a year.

Parsons doubled down on his disappointment.

"I'm just sick. I'm just to my stomach right now. I'm just sick to my stomach," Parsons said. " I can't believe that many teams passed up on him."

Cowboys' fans all over the country likely feel the same as Parsons does with this news.
