The Dallas Cowboys are getting more good news than they can handle before their matchup with the Colts this Sunday. Cornerback Trevon Diggs, wide receiver Michael Gallup, and right tackle Terence Steele are expected to play.

That was just the tip of the iceberg of the Cowboys' good fortune on Friday. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Colts will be without right tackle Braden Smith (illness) and cornerback Kenny Moore (ankle), both starters.

For the Colts, the loss of Smith is devastating. With the Cowboys leading the NFL with 45 sacks, any loss on the offensive line is a setback, especially for a five-year starter like Smith. The Cowboys' pass rush was set to feast regardless more than likely, but the Colts losing this big of a contributor like Smith up front almost makes it a certainty.

The loss of Moore isn't to be taken lightly either. Although he isn't quite having a year like his Pro Bowl campaign a season ago, Moore leaves a hole at slot corner which will allow Noah Brown and even CeeDee Lamb at times to take advantage.

The Colts had an uphill battle with Dallas already. Now, the Cowboys have even more of an advantage, and things could get ugly quickly for the Colts this Sunday as a result.
