When the NFLPA put out their All-Pro list for the 2022 season, the Dallas Cowboys had two players make it, right guard Zack Martin and return specialist KaVontae Turpin. Noticeably absent was edge rusher Micah Parsons, who voiced his opinion on being left off.

The NFL announced its annual Associated Press All-Pro list on Friday, and things looked slightly different. Parsons was named to the first team along with Zack Martin. Wide receiver, CeeDee Lamb, received his first All-Pro selection by being placed on the second team.

Martin just keeps doing what he does. This is his eighth All-Pro selection in nine seasons and his sixth on the first team (four consecutive first-team selections).

Since entering the NFL in 2014, Martin has only committed seven holding penalties which is less than the number of seasons he's played (has only been flagged for two in the last four seasons). The only year that Martin wasn't named an All-Pro was in 2020 when he missed six games due to injury.

Simply put, if he's healthy, Martin is an All-Pro lock.

Lamb came into this season with a ton of pressure on him seeing as he was the new top option with the departure of Amari Cooper. He responded with a monster year tallying 107 receptions for 1,359 yards and nine scores, all career highs for the former first-rounder.

Lamb became the first Cowboys' receiver since Hall of Famer Michael Irvin in 1995 to haul in over 100 passes for over 1,300 yards in the same season. The doubts that existed when it came to Lamb's ability to handle WR1 responsibilities are a thing of the past. He's a legit no. 1 option who hasn't even reached his ceiling yet if he even has one.

Parsons has another fantastic season. He logged a career-high 13.5 sacks, 27 quarterback hits, 14 tackles for loss, three passes defended, three forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries. Also, Parsons led the NFL with six multi-sack games this season, doubling his total from his rookie campaign.

When Parsons wasn't getting sacks he was still causing havoc. Per Pro Football Focus, he led the NFL with 90 quarterback pressures and his 19.3 % pressure rate was also tops in the league.

Well-deserved accolades here for Martin, Lamb, and Parsons.
