For the Dallas Cowboys, one thing has always been clear with Dak Prescott at quarterback.
They can be clutch.
The offense has shown year-after-year that they can put together important drives to seal a win during the regular season. Prescott is one of the best QBs in the NFL when it comes to making a late comeback when the team really needs it.
This advanced stat of the week is powered by Boston Scientific!
Dak Prescott has 18 game-winning drives since 2016.
Prescott's leadership shows up in a massive way when it matters the most. Against the Houston Texans this past week, the Cowboys were surprisingly down late. Prescott and the offense weren't having their best afternoon.
Multiple turnovers set them back, and the ground game was not consistent. Regardless, they overcame it.
The in-game audio from the comeback was awesome.
For the Cowboys, they probably don't want to be in these situations too often going forward. The Texans gave them an unexpected, tough fight.
Outside of that game, the Cowboys' offense and defense have both been dominating weekly.
Dallas looks like one of the best teams in the entire NFL with Prescott back at the helm and healthy.
