From Dak Prescott discussing his injury last season to Micah Parsons eating an entire lemon, HBO's "Hard Knocks" with the Dallas Cowboys has been a blast during this preseason. There's a new star of the show that no one expected, though. It's not even a player or coach, either.

Rather, it's Trevon Diggs' son, Aaiden.

If that wasn't amazing enough, Aaiden also had to show the viewers exactly what his dad looks like during his training.

Dad better watch out because his son will be coming for his job in no time.

Following the episode, Twitter had more to say about Aaiden than anything that happened on the field during it. There's a reason for that, too.

Aspects like these are exactly what the NFL needs more of nowadays. The heartwarming, personal moments give so much to the connection between the game's players and fans. The inside looks do well on television. They do well on social media as well. It just goes to show how much people appreciate seeing them.

These guys that are on the field for your favorite team almost every Sunday aren't robots.

Not to mention, all the work that comes in between games is a grind. The players and coaches spend a lot of time away from their families, and these players build a bond with their teammates that are unlike many relationships in life. Accordingly, seeing reactions from families or banter between players is pretty priceless.

Looking forward to more uplifting stories to come from the Cowboys on "Hard Knocks" until the start of the season.
