The Denver Broncos are not having the start to the season that the front office or fans had hoped for. In fact, it's almost the complete opposite of what expectations were coming into this season.

Sean Payton was brought into the organization to not only help Russell Wilson get back to his winning ways but to revitalize this organization and bring some excitement back to Broncos football.

Losing by 50 points to the Dolphins isn't really what we had on our bingo cards heading into the matchup. It was ugly on all fronts as the decimated secondary just couldn't keep up with the high-powered offense, Payton was none too pleased after the matchup and went viral for his explosive response to a reporter.

Now, before the super exciting and not-awful Bears contest, the team has made an announcement that continues an unfortunate trend that has reared its ugly head all season, injuries.

While the game isn't until tomorrow, we know that a slew of key players are going to be out for the contest. Mike Klis from 9News reported that LB Frank Clark, ILB Josey Jewell, and DT Mike Purcell have already been ruled out of the contest.

To add insult to injury, S Justin Simmons is questionable and C Lloyd Cushenberry III was limited in practice and his status for Sunday remains unknown.

Getting back to 100% health is going to be huge for a team looking to get their first win of the season. Another devastating loss and there could be some coaches on the outside looking in despite us only being four weeks into the season.

Broncos country, let's ride? No, Broncos country, let's cry.
