The Denver Broncos changed everything this offseason. Well, they changed everything but the majority of their roster, and even that part of the team saw some changes too. They lost Dre'Mont Jones and a few other players too. But, they changed staff too.

Sean Payton came aboard and is already changing everything, which is good. Out with the old and in with the new. He is just trying to get the old losing culture out, and a new winning culture in.

In fact, the way the team was built last year, is not the way they will be doing things. Nathaniel Hackett and George Paton built last year's team and system around Russell Wilson. Sean Payton is doing the opposite.

"And the belief in the building to my understanding is this: Sometimes it's better to integrate the quarterback into your system as opposed to building the entire system for your quarterback," James Palmer of NFL Network said. "And that's what we saw last Nathaniel Hackett and company building everything around Russell Wilson for Russell Wilson, this is going to be Sean Payton's system and we see that from the moves they've made early on big physical run graders and Mike McGlinchey and Ben Powers, a physical blocking tight end, a fullback that knows this system, a 240 pound running back. And Samaje Perine coming in to be a part of that two-back system alongside Javonte Williams.

"Whenever he becomes fully healthy, it's going to be everything that we see and has seen over the years with the New Orleans and Sean Payton moving those wide receivers that they have around and playing different spots. Now, there are traits of Russell Wilson that obviously Sean Payton thinks very highly of. He has won at the highest level that is undisputable, his competitiveness, his work ethic, all of those things are not debatable. He still believes also Russell Wilson can move a little bit, but this physical offense is the one that Russell Wilson is going to be playing in. He wants to be coached hard and he's going to be learning it and it kind of started with the weightlifting and the conditioning yesterday."

This is what you have to do if you want to have success with Russell Wilson. Look at all of the successful Seattle Seahawks teams that Wilson quarterbacked. Sure, he made some great throws during his time there and was constantly in talks as an MVP, but that system was not built around him.

Pete Carroll had his system in place when Wilson got there. He didn't build the system around Wilson, he made sure Wilson could run his system, one that was successful. That is exactly what Sean Payton is doing.
