The Detroit Lions are back at camp and thus far, the biggest news has been the injury scare with C.J. Gardner-Johnson. We've all been waiting for something good to come out of camp and we got that on Tuesday.
No Lions fan will be surprised by this. St. Brown just continues to be all about the work and continues to keep getting better and better. Meinke went on to say that after practice, St. Brown went to go catch his daily 202 balls with his juggs machine. He dropped one of them and then did 20 pushups. The guy is some sort of machine.
As for Jared Goff, Tuesday was his best day of camp yet. He reportedly couldn't miss with the exception of two passes. One being an interception from Kerby Joseph on the final play of the day.
These two have formed quite the connection with each other over the course of their two years together. There's an obvious trust there and it'll be great to see where they can bring their chemistry in a very important year three.
St. Brown spoke to the media after practice and had this to say about the expectations for the Lions offense after a big year in 2022.
In other news, Pride of Detroit's Jeremy Reisman has an update on Frank Ragnow's toe injury from last year and how he's feeling so far this year.
Overall, day three of camp was a very positive day for the Lions. Something that everyone needed after a rough day two.
