The Detroit Lions are on day 10 of training camp and almost everyone has shown up to practice so far except one player, Emmanuel Moseley. One of the biggest Lions signings of the offseason has been absent. He's been out in California rehabbing a torn ACL he suffered last season.
He was slated to show up to camp on Monday, but he has shown up early instead. Moseley has officially reported to Lions training camp on Thursday. He will be out there, but will be taking it slow and will be day to day.
The Lions secondary has been the talk of camp so far. They're really showing up out there. The addition of Moseley should only bolster that unit even more.
In other injury news, receiver Trinity Benson went down with a no contact injury on Wednesday. It looks like he may have dodged a bullet and avoided serous injury. Lions Head Coach Dan Campbell says that the tests say it looks like it might be an ankle sprain. That's good news for Benson. He has looked pretty good at camp so far.
That's all we have for today. The Lions will be off on Friday and and will have one more practice before they welcome the New York Giants in for joint practices on Tuesday.
