Welcome to week 4 Detroit Lions fans. Normally we would wait until the day of the game to release our weekly how to watch article, but I wanted to get this one out a couple days early because there's something about this game that's brand new to Lions fans.
This is the first Lions game that has ever been shown only on Amazon Prime. You cannot watch this game on TV this Thursday. You will need to sign up for a Prime account to view it.
Here's the cool thing. Prime is doing one month free right now for all new members. Then it's $14.99 a month after that. Once you're signed up for this game, I highly recommend at least watching one quarter of the game with the Prime Vision featured turned on. It's such a cool way to see a game and you'll get a wealth of information from it.
Update: If you live in the Detroit area, you can watch the game on Fox 2. This only applies to those who get that channel though. If you're outside of that area, you cannot watch this game without Prime.
Here's everything else you need to know about the game:

Will the Lions get some players back from injury?
The Lions had a walk through practice on Monday and Taylor Decker, Emmanuel Moseley, Kerby Joseph and David Montgomery all took part in that walk through in limited fashion. That's a pretty good sign that those players could play on Thursday. Let's see if it happens.
Will the Packers get some players back from injury?
You thought the Lions injury report was long, you should see the Packers. They're having just as much issues as the Lions are. Maybe even more. they're missing a pretty good chunk of their offense in Christian Watson, Aaron Jones and David Bakhtiari. We'll see soon if any of them play.
3 Players to watch
- Brian Branch: The rookie corner just game off a masterful game that saw him rack up 10 tackles, 3 tackles for a loss and two pass breakups. He has just been a sight to see this season. Keep an eye on him here.
- Jahmyr Gibbs: Last week we really got to see what Jahmyr Gibbs could do. He ran for 80 yards on 4.6 yards per carry and had a few big runs late in the game that set the Lions up for their final touchdown. What will Thursday look like for him?
- Jordan Love: Not a Lions player, but he's still one to watch. After 20 plus years of Brett Farve and Aaron Rodgers, there's a new guy in town and this is the first time that Lions fans will get to see him start a game against their team. At least in a full time capacity.
More Lions news ahead of the game:
- Could Brian Branch be the next Sauce Gardner?
- Monday injury report
- Was that the best defensive performance of the last decade for the Lions?
- Jared Goff has a lot of trust in Sam LaPorta
