The Detroit Lions had their first practice of the week on Tuesday ahead of their matchup with the Carolina Panthers. Here's who wasn't able to practice and who returned.

  • Amon-Ra St. Brown: St. Brown was running on the side. That's a good sign
  • Brian Branch
  • Jason Cabinda

Ok. Now here's who notably did practice on Tuesday:

  • Jameson Williams
  • Kerby Joseph
  • Taylor Decker
  • Halapoulivaati Vaitai
  • Julian Okwara
  • Emmanuel Moseley

The two that didn't are a little concerning. We'll get to them in a second.

As for who did, we got a lot of questions answered here. Jameson Williams practiced. That clears up any remaining concerns about his hamstring. Taylor Decker practicing here shows that there's no setback with his ankle. Vaitai coming back could lead to the Lions being fully heathy at offensive line on Sunday. Kerby Joseph and Emmanuel Moseley being back points to them returning Sunday as well.

As for Branch and St. Brown. There shouldn't be too much to worry about with St. Brown. He has been dealing with a toe thing as of late and this could just be a rest day type of thing. Branch went down with an ankle injury on Thursday and while the x-rays are negative and Campbell said there's nothing serious, that doesn't mean he won't miss any time.

We'll get a lot more information as the week goes along. As for Tuesday's practice, we'll update this story with the full practice report once it drops. Then we get see who's doing a full practice and who's doing a limited one.
