For starters there's Jared Goff. He was selected to be the starting quarterback of the All-Underrated team. That makes a ton of sense. Jared Goff had a very good season in 2022 and he's largely overlooked due to a regression that he's long since gotten past.

Seahawks safety Julian Love picked Lions receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown. I'm not totally sure that St. Brown is underrated. He was one of the leagues better receivers last year. If he is underrated, he's well on his way to being properly rated. By the way, Love and the Seahawks will be playing the Lions in Week 2 this season. That should be a fun outing. It was last year.

Free agent linebacker Jaylon Smith had an interesting pick on the defensive side of things. He picked Lions edge rusher Romeo Okwara.

Okwara has dealt with injuries as of late, but he was really showing that he could be an up and coming player before that. He put up 10 sacks in 2020 and got himself a contract out of it. He tore his Achilles in Week 4 of the 2021 season and wasn't able to return until Week 13 of the 2022 season. He racked up two sacks in five games.

Okwara will have a chance to prove that he's indeed underrated in 2023. He took $9 million pay cut to stay in Detroit. He recently talked about how he feels better than ever. Let's see if he can return back to the player he was in 2020.
