Coming out of college, Long Jr. didn't test incredibly well, despite being named the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year in his final season at West Virginia. With the Titans, Long Jr. got very good at avoiding blocks, dropping into pass coverage, and defending the play action, becoming a very good, versatile backer. He should fit nicely into Miami's strong defense, and help blow their Super Bowl window wide open.
