Lawrence, a former #1 overall pick, made tremendous improvements in his 2nd year, after struggling on a bad Jags team last season. During the back half of this past season, Lawrence was arguably the best QB in the NFL for a few weeks. 

Lawrence has superstar arm talent, great feet, and an outstanding football IQ, and paired with an improving Jacksonville team, he is sure to change the landscape of the AFC very soon.

Lawrence's Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths:

1. Arm talent: Lawrence has an impressive combination of arm strength and accuracy. He can make all the throws and can fit the ball into tight windows when necessary.
2. Mobility: Lawrence is a very mobile quarterback who can extend plays with his legs and make plays on the run. He has good speed and quickness for a player of his size.
3. Football IQ: Lawrence has excellent football intelligence and is able to read defenses well. He is able to make quick decisions and has a great understanding of schemes and concepts.
4. Leadership: Lawrence is a natural leader who has the respect of his teammates. He is confident and poised under pressure and has a great work ethic.

Weaknesses:

1. Inconsistent mechanics: At times, Lawrence can be inconsistent with his throwing mechanics, which can affect his accuracy. He will need to work on maintaining consistency.
2. Holding onto the ball too long: Lawrence has been criticized for holding onto the ball too long and taking unnecessary sacks. He needs to continue to get better at letting the ball fly in time.
3. Decision-making under pressure: Lawrence has shown some susceptibility to pressure in the pocket, which has led to some poor decisions and turnovers.
