The Jacksonville Jaguars just announced some big changes coming to their team for the 2024 season. This time, though, it's their coaching staff.

This time of the year, every team is posting their graphic for their new coaching staff because we see the main hires like the coordinators and such, but some other hires and changes don't always get put out to the public until the team announces it.

The Jaguars made some changes to their staff; as we know, they fired Mike Caldwell and hired Ryan Nielsen. But they made a few changes on the offensive side, too.

One of the bigger changes that stands out to me, is the underrated hire of Kris Richard as the defensive backs coach. He has an underrated resume and is a guy who has been a defensive coordinator before. That hire is great, in my book.

On the offensive side, they brought in Greg Austin to be the assistant offensive line coach, Jerry Mack to be the running backs coach, and the Offensive quality control coach Jamel Mutunga.

The staff is officially finished, and now they will get ready for the 2024 offseason with the guys in place.
