This season was a disappointment, for sure. But you can't dwell on that. You have to figure out what went wrong and how you can fix it.
Well, one move that Doug Pederson and the Jaguars just made tells us everything we need to know. The question at hand was why these things were happening to the team. Was it a roster issue or a coaching issue?
On Monday, the Jaguars fired defensive coordinator Mike Caldwell and most of his staff. That pretty much answers the question, or at least what Pederson thinks the issue was.
The Jaguars also had some offensive issues this year, and fans were calling for offensive coordinator Press Taylor to be fired all year long. Maybe that happens next for all we know.
