The Las Vegas Raiders have some tough decisions to make coming up this offseason, and what Davante Adams just said on makes things a bit more weird overall.

The Raiders fired Dave Ziegler and Josh McDaniels in Week 8, right after the Monday Night Football loss to the Detroit Lions. Since then, things have definitely been better.

But, now they have to find someone to replace both Ziegler and McDaniels. They made Champ Kelly the interim GM and Antonio Pierce the interim head coach, and both guys have done great. They could very well get the jobs in 2024, but we still don't know.

Mark Davis, the owner of the Raiders, will be sure to go over every possible detail because he cannot get this one wrong again. But, one of his players has yet to share who he would like as the head coach.

"That's obviously who I wanted," Adams said on Antonio Pierce Wednesday. "That's my vote. That's basically how the whole locker room feels."

Does this mean they will hire Pierce? No. But the fact that he won over everyone before the hiring process officially started is certainly a good sign, especially if you have your two franchise guys in Davante Adams and Maxx Crosby. It also helps that Pierce has already made Raiders history several times.
