It's not often you see a player reveal big news about the team or him himself before the team does. That's what happened with the Las Vegas Raiders and defensive tackle Isaac Rochell.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Raiders claimed cornerback Jack Jones off of waivers. It was a great decision, but it meant a roster move had to be made.
Usually, when that happens, another player is released, and the team announces that at a different time. Rochell wasted no time on Twitter telling everyone that he had been cut before the team even revealed it.
To make matters even worse, hours before being cut, the Raiders released a video about Rochell and his military family. Rochell then tweeted at the Raiders that the timing was bad.
