The Las Vegas Raiders had a disappointing campaign in 2022.
The defense has been inconsistent. They have made a change at quarterback. More changes could be coming to the roster in the off-season.
That being said, one constant has remained for most of the season for the Raiders.
Star wide receiver Davante Adams has supported his team and performed for them on the football field. There's no denying that.
Of course, it is no secret that Derek Carr's presence on the Raiders helped bring Adams to Las Vegas. It doesn't sound like Carr's departure will bring Adams with him, though.
Adams wants to be involved in the decision on the future at QB for the Raiders. That's a good sign for them.
It means that the star wideout is in it for the long haul in Las Vegas. He doesn't want to jump ship already, and Derek Carr wasn't the only reason he wanted to play for the Raiders.
He has an important role in the future of the Raiders. Adams and Darren Waller are the cornerstones on offense, but the offensive line must improve.
Plus, they have to make a decision on Josh Jacobs. His contract is expiring.
Regardless, QB is the biggest piece to figure out for the future in Las Vegas.
They could go the veteran route or possibly shoot for one of the highly touted rookies in this year's NFL Draft.
There are multiple routes, but it sounds like Davante Adams wants to help the Raiders make the best choice they can for their future.
