For the Las Vegas Raiders to get out of an 0-3 rut, Josh McDaniels wants them to focus on process over results.

Yet, in the NFL, results drive everything.

" I think you can't really focus on the result,' McDaniels said. "I think it's really just focusing on the process because that’s the stuff we can control, and so, we just keep talking about the things we need to do to win. We know we've been in three close games, and so have they. The margin is slim, we know that. We got to earn it every day. We can't wait until Sunday and try to just hope we do it right on Sunday. Got to do it right during the week."

What is shocking is how the Raiders have landed at an 0-3 record.

In week 1, the Raiders lost to the Chargers by five points. Then in Week 2, the Raiders lost by six. in Week 3, Las Vegas lost by two.

Each week, the Raiders have come so close to a victory and have fallen short.

In Week 4, the Raiders are trying to make sure things break right.

"We're focusing on the things that we can control now," McDaniels said. "We all know we've done things that we can improve on, starting with us, starting with me, and that's really what we can focus on. We know that when you earn the right to win it's a lot of people that have put in a lot of work and have done a lot of good things in order to put yourself in that position to earn that result. So, that's what we're going to continue to focus on."

To win on Sunday, the Raiders need to make sure they stick to the game plan, focus on the little things, and make halftime adjustments that help the team move forward.
