Moving on is all Derek Carr and the Raiders seek to do.

Trading Carr will be an endeavor both sides are going to have to work at, meeting in the middle to meet demands. However, on Tuesday, it was reported that the Raiders aren't looking to the "granddaddy of them all" when it comes to trading the former starting quarterback, they just want an equitable return.

Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reported that the Raiders asking price for the quarterback is actually quite "modest" as teams continue to inquire about reworking his deal.

This is to be expected because the Raiders really have no leverage in the current situation. Carr would have to agree to any trade, thus waiving his no-trade clause. Until that is done, a deal isn't happening.

New Orleans, a team currently interested in Carr, has all the pieces to be great aside from a quarterback. However, to get there, Carr would have to be the one to make it work. The Saints are around $60 million over the cap as of now. Carr's contract creates an impasse unless restructured.

What is clear is that Las Vegas isn't asking for much in return for Carr. Getting him on the first plane out of town seems to be the organization's position this offseason.
