The 2024 offseason for the Las Vegas Raiders will not be one that is swift and quick. They won't just move on and pick up where they left off. Well, a lot of people don't think they will. The Raiders have a lot of tough decisions to make this offseason. Mark Davis has a lot of tough decisions to make.

Davis, the owner of the Raiders, must first figure out who will be the general manager. Will he keep Champ Kelly in the position or bring someone else in? That must be done first because the GM will likely be crucial in how the rest of the offseason is done. Now, everything I said could very well not happen if some of their other candidates want full control like we think Jim Harbaugh does.

That's where we are now – who will be the head coach? If it's Harbaugh, the same staff will not be in town. If it's Antonio Pierce, we can guess that Kelly will stay as GM, Patrick Graham will stay as defensive coordinator, and the Raiders will hire new staff everywhere else.

That would allow the Raiders to somewhat pick up where they left off, which is an improvement from 2022. That's what the players want, too. They want consistency.

"If you look at it, it's like, 'Damn, I wish we had this for the full season,'" Maxx Crosby said in the locker room. "And we have the opportunity to do that now, so why the f*** would you ruin that?"

Crosby's words are powerful. He is the Raiders. He is the guy who the Raiders will probably listen to most. Crosby is the one and only untouchable guy on the entire roster; even Davante Adams, who has also said he wants Pierce as HC, is tradable. If Crosby wants to keep the same thing going, why wouldn't the Raiders do that?

The Raiders definitely have some tough decisions to make, and Maxx Crosby is throwing it all out there in regards to what he wants done. Now, it's the Raiders move.
