The Las Vegas Raiders' final 2024 draft class is here, as the team has gotten through what feels to be their best class in years. The last season was fine, with a few key pieces here and there, but this class feels stacked from top to bottom.
The Raiders addressed pretty much every need, but overall, there wasn't much more they could do with how the weekend went and how the draft board kept falling. They played their cards right and used a few different strategies as well.
They went offense to start, which is what they needed based on the team's performance last season, and they went defense sprinkled throughout the class. It's safe to say that Tom Telesco's first draft as the Raiders general manager has been successful so far.

Round 2, Pick 44: Oregon G Jackson Powers-Johnson
Round 3, Pick 77: Maryland OT Delmar Glaze
Round 4, Pick 112: Mississippi State CB Decamerion Richardson
Round 5, Pick 148: Ohio State LB Tommy Eichenberg
Round 6, Pick 208: New Hampshire RB Dylan Laube
Round 7, Pick 223: Air Force S Trey Taylor

The Raiders split the picks evenly between offense and defense, drafting four offensive players and four defensive players. Both sides of the ball need work, even if the defense finished as a top-five unit last season. This draft should be able to help both sides of the ball, too, as the Raiders have some players who should be able to contribute right away.
