In the last few years, the Las Vegas Raiders fan base has wanted to have their franchise, game-changing quarterback in silver and black. This last year, they went a route that they will likely never go.

They should have traded up for C.J. Stroud in the draft, but there were rumors Josh McDaniels didn't want to. Instead, he wanted Jimmy Garoppolo. We saw how that worked out.

Garoppolo isn't the guy, and Aidan O'Connell isn't the guy, yet, that is, because you never know what can change over the course of an offseason. He showed flashes and showed enough to be a guy who should get to compete for the position, but he hasn't shown enough to label him as the future.

Luckily for the Raiders, this NFL draft is stacked with quarterback talent. The unlucky thing is that they pick at No. 13, which means their guy could be gone by the time it's their turn to pick. That's where this report comes in perfectly.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Las Vegas Raiders are looking to be very aggressive during the draft in terms of trading up and finding their quarterback. There are a few teams in the top 10 who may not need a quarterback or won't draft one, such as teams like the Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals, Los Angeles Chargers, New York Giants (Daniel Jones contract), and Chicago Bears again at No. 9.

Now, some of those teams could still get a QB, but that's how I see it shaping up as we speak. The Raiders will need to be aggressive because when you get your guy, it will be worth it.
