The Las Vegas Raiders' entire fan base has been calling for Mark Davis to fire Josh McDaniels for a while now. Will he do it? Most likely not anytime soon. However, one fan may have finally gotten to Davis.

Not too long ago, when the Raiders played the Los Angeles Chargers, there was a video that surfaced of Davis arguing with a fan who told him to fire McDaniels. Davis told the fan to "smarten up" and pointed to his head.

On Monday, the Las Vegas Aces, the WNBA team he owns that are now back-to-back champions, held a parade in Las Vegas with Davis there.

It turns out one Raiders fan was there, and he made sure Davis knew. On Davis's way out, he showed the fire Josh McDaniels sign to Davis, up close and personal. Davis let the fan know that he heard him and then kept walking. The fan kept yelling, and Davis came back to confront him.

There are a few thoughts immediately from the video. The first one is, how can Davis be such a great owner to the Aces and have won two straight championships now, having some of the WNBA players praise him, but he's done a terrible job with the Raiders?

The second thought is that maybe Mark Davis is tired of hearing the fans. Maybe he got through to the Raiders owner? Likely not. But, a man can only dream.
