Jimmy Garoppolo, their offseason free agent acquisition, was ruled out of the game at halftime after getting hit by a defender. Several plays later, he was seen holding his back and grimacing.
Garoppolo went to the locker room a few seconds early just to get checked out. We have heard that someone saw him leave the stadium in an ambulance.
Garoppolo, who is known for his injuries in his career, was ruled out as soon as the second half started. This could be a huge issue, as the Raiders have Brian Hoyer and Aidan O'Connell as their quarterbacks.
