Even though the Las Vegas Raiders 2024 offseason hasn't been going on for very long, there have already been quite a few bits of drama going on. The Raiders had to decide on the new head coach for 2024, which led to a bunch of drama.

One of the biggest things that happened was that Superstar Maxx Crosby said he could request a trade if Antonio Pierce wasn't hired back. He stood his ground on that claim and basically gave the Raiders an ultimatum.

Then the Raiders hired Pierce, and he continued to say that he meant every word. Now, he is describing why he said what he said but using it to describe what it means to be a Raider as well.

"A Raider is saying what needs to be said when not everyone agrees…Al Davis stood up for what is right, even though it's not the most popular thing to do," Crosby said on the Jim Rome Show on CBS Sports Network.

Luckily, no one has to worry about Crosby requesting that trade because Pierce is back. Crosby is a Raider for life; I mean, he has the shield tattoed on his body for crying out loud. He isn't going anywhere.
