The Las Vegas Raiders are usually on the butt end of the disrespect, well, at least they have been this season. But that's what happens when you go 6-11.

Davante Adams had some disrespect come his way recently too. But, Some Raiders players are being respected, and fit into the list exactly how they should be like Josh Jacobs.

According to Pro Football Focus, Jacobs was the 10th-best player in the league this year, which I can see. In my opinion, he was the best pure running back too.

And Maxx Crosby got some respect from PFF as well. This is a guy that has been at the bottom and is slowly making his way to the top, and man, it's great to see.

When you see this guy play every game, heck, every snap, you know that he is a top 25 player in the league, and that is exactly where PFF ranked him in the 2022 season.

Sam Monson, the PFF writer who put together the list, had Crosby at 23, which I believe is perfect.

Here is why PFF ranked Crosby where they did:

"Last season, Crosby led the NFL in pressures going up against an extremely favorable slate of opposing tackles. This year, he backed up the performance despite a much tougher run, finishing the year with 81 total pressures and an 82.5 PFF run-defense grade."

There was one point during the season when Crosby was the entire defense. Like he literally was the only guy getting sacks during a stretch of the season.

Had the Raiders had a much better record, and been a playoff team, I think Crosby is in the running for Defensive Player of the Year.

Shout out to PFF for giving Crosby the respect he deserves.
