The Las Vegas Raiders have a guy who is exactly what it means to be a Raiders. You all know who I'm talking about just from that sentence alone. Maxx Crosby is a Raider through and through.

His playing this week was enough to prove that he is a Raider. Then, you add in what he said to his coach before the game on Sunday, and it makes everything that much better. Crosby is a dawg.

Crosby went through a combination of things this week, from being sick due to his knee to his actual knee being swollen with bacteria fluid and even going to the hospital. He was listed as doubtful and became the first player since 2020 to play when being listed as doubtful.

According to Crosby's defensive line coach, Crosby said he will die before he misses against the Chiefs. Now, there is a quote that only proves he is a Raider, which may be the most Raider quote of any Raider quote.

Crosby has never missed a game in his entire career, and he wasn't going to let the first one of his career be against the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes, his biggest rival ever.

On Sunday, the Raiders lost, but Crosby played okay for what he could do. I noticed that most of the time, the Raiders had Maxx Crosby stay in contact instead of rushing the passer.

Usually, when teams make an end stay in contain, it's to occupy the blocker but also stay on the edge in case the quarterback breaks out of the pocket; this way, Crosby couldn't risk getting even more hurt.

Crosby is a Raider through and through.
