Before last season, there were two straight Super Bowls where a home team played the Super Bowl in their stadium. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers did it in 2020-2021, and the Los Angeles Rams did it in 2021-2022.
Last season, the Kansas City Chiefs won it in Arizona over the Philadelphia Eagles. It's in Vegas, where the Raiders will have a shot to get that streak back on track.
Now, the Raiders are not a team that is expected to compete for a Super Bowl, so we will push that idea to the side until the season is in full swing. However, there is some news about the Super Bowl that does pertain to Las Vegas.
Here are the official Super Bowl LVIII event venues:
NFL Headquarters Hotel: Caesars
Opening Night: AllegiantStadm
Super Bowl Experience & Media Center: MandalayBay
SBLVIII Breakfast: CaesarsPalace
SBLVIII Soulful Celebration: Palms
Taste of the NFL: KMAEventCenter
According to the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee, Official NFL events will be spread across the Vegas Strip during Super Bowl LVIII week, with an even broader presence in the community in the months leading up to the game.
