The Las Vegas Raiders received some bad news on Tuesday after having such an amazing weekend.
After their second preseason win of the season, with a dominating performance from Aidan O'Connell and the offense, the Raiders find out they will have to place a key player on the Injured Reserve list.
Darien Butler, a guy who was fighting for that second will linebacker spot, playing behind Robert Spillane. Now, his season is petty much over.
Butler was a rookie last year and spent most of his first season playing special teams. This was supposed to be a big year for him in terms of improvement.
The Raiders have Curtis Bolton, who has been playing stellar in the preseason, behind Butler.
