The Las Vegas Raiders prepared this whole week to try and get their starting quarterback ready in Jimmy Garoppolo. He suffered a concussion against the Pittsburgh Steelers last week.

Now, after practicing with the team, he is ruled out against the Los Angeles Chargers. In other words, the fans may finally get to see what they have been wanting to see for some time now – Aidan O’Connell.

of course, there is an even bigger chance the Raiders trot out veteran quarterback Brian Hoyer instead. But, hey, you can’t say never.

The Raiders also ruled out their best cornerback and probably best secondary player, Nate Hobbs. They may lean heavily on rookie cornerback Jakorian Bennett on Sunday.

The Raiders will have to figure some things out as they go along.
