The Las Vegas Raiders just won on one of the most insane plays you will ever see.
After tying the game late in the fourth quarter versus the New England Patriots, the Raiders had to get a quick defensive stop. They got a lot more than that.
On a lateral play by the Patriots, Raiders' defensive edge Chandler Jones intercepted the backwards pass and ran over Mac Jones on his way to a touchdown scamper.
This weekend has been unreal when it comes to ridiculous plays and comebacks.
This play and victory by the Raiders just took it to another level. Many folks are asking why the Patriots were even attempting that in a tie game. That's a fair assessment.
New England probably should've just played for overtime, but no one could have predicted that outcome, either.
For Chandler Jones, it was a massive play for him. He's been an inconsistent player for the Raiders this year, but his production over the last month has been impressive. Jones seems to be rounding into form on a Raiders' defense that needs him.
