The Miami Dolphins were already big favorites over the Las Vegas Raiders heading into Sunday's tilt at Hard Rock Stadium.  The task just even more daunting for the latter on Sunday after Saturday's news.

The Dolphins activated rookie RB De'Von Achane from injured reserve minutes before the 4:00 pm ET deadline.

Achane was on a record pace before suffering a knee injury against the New York Giants on October 8.  He's posted a seemingly impossible 12.1 yards per carry and reached second on the NFL rushing list before going on the injured reserve list.  Achane has 38 carries for 460 yards and 5 touchdowns.  He also has 9 catches for 67 yards and 2 more touchdowns.

Achane's usage will be interesting to follow on Sunday.  Raheem Mostert is dealing with a left leg issue that's limited him all week in practice.  As such, Achane could see a significant number of touches in his first action in five weeks.  Mike McDaniel could also get Salvon Ahmed a little bit more involved than usual.

Regardless of the snap share among the backs, Achane's electric speed and playmaking ability are undeniable and are just one more challenging aspect of Miami's offense that the Raiders will have to account for.
