The Miami Dolphins put out their first official injury report for the 2023 season on Wednesday ahead of their Week 1 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers.
Mike McDaniel indicated on Monday that Jaylen Waddle, Brandon Jones, and De'Von Achane able to return to practice, but was cloudy about Terron Armstead. That prognostication proved true, as that trio practiced Monday sans Armstead, and the case was the same on Wednesday, per the team's report.
Check it out below:

Injury report observations:
- Armstead didn't practice and is reportedly dealing with injuries on three fronts: back, ankle, and knee. That's tough. He dealt with multiple injuries last season, so he can play through pain, but starting off a season that way is going to be challenging for him. He's also a player that can play without practicing much, so Friday's report should clear up his availability for Sunday.
- Jones practiced in full. That's a very good start to him returning to action on Sunday.
- Waddle was limited, but he practiced Monday and it doesn't appear he's in serious danger of missing the game on Sunday, so that could just be simple maintenance. It would be a surprise if he didn't go. A full practice later on this week should put that small concern to bed.
- Justin Bethel is back on the practice field, although in a limited capacity. That's always a good first step.
- It looks like Raekwon Davis, Connor Williams, and Liam Eichenberg are just dealing with some minor bumps and bruises, as they all practiced in full.
