And up until yesterday, he was the overall leader in Pro Bowl votes. Regardless of position, conference or side of the ball. Tua lead all players in the Pro Bowl (Games) fan vote by a sizeable margin.

Despite that, once the rest of the votes from players and coaches were tallied, it read a different story.

Not only did Tua fall from being one of the top vote getters, he wasn't even one of the three AFC QBs selected. Honors going to Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen, Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes and Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow.

Considering how far Tua would have had to have fallen in the votes to go from top vote getter to first alternate, shows two that the Miami Dolphins quarterback not yet respected by his peers.

He is having a turnaround season, and arguably the other three AFC quarterbacks are having better seasons. It also displays that the last three games are what is putting a bad taste in voters mouths rather than the whole season.

As the Dolphins signal caller is playing as one of the best players in the NFL at his position. Emerging as a top-10 QB, despite what other players and coaches think.
