ESPN NFL insider Dan Graziano made a quarterback suggestion for the Miami Dolphins on Tuesday that might have a legitimate chance to happen.
Graziano thinks Miami should sign future Hall of Famer Tom Brady this offseason.
Brady, who was just eliminated from the playoffs on Monday night via the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 31-14 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, will be an unrestricted free agent in March.
I know it sounds like they want to stick with Tua Tagovailoa, assuming he has recovered from his concussion by then. But with the players they have on offense, a little tinkering with the offensive and defensive lines would make this a win-now roster that could be a Super Bowl contender with a more reliably available quarterback.

There are doubts that Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa can stay healthy for a whole season. And with the Dolphins' Super Bowl window open right now — they nearly knocked off one of the Super Bowl favorites in the Buffalo Bills with rookie Skylar Thompson, a seventh-round draft pick, starting — it's reasonable to think that Miami could entertain the idea of adding Brady.
The big question, of course, is how effective can a soon-to-be 46-year-old Brady be in 2023?
The Dolphins would present Brady with a better opportunity to win a championship than the Buccaneers did, but the questions about Brady's effectiveness are going to linger all offseason.
While we don't know if Graziano's suggestion will happen, we do know it's going to be another wild offseason in the NFL. And the Dolphins will be right in the middle of the quarterback speculation this offseason.
