Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and Kevin O'Connell have used the draft and free agency to build the Minnesota Vikings into an NFC contender. While we are months away from meaningful football, we are one step closer to knowing what the 2023 version of the Vikings will look like.

We already projected what Minnesota's 53-man roster will look like come September, now it's time to map out what the depth chart will be structured with that Week 1 roster.

Note: Players with one asterisk (*) represent 2023 draft picks and players with double asterisks (**) represent 2023 undrafted free agents.

Vikings’ Post-Draft Projected 53-man Depth Chart

There are a couple of position battles that will be intriguing to watch throughout training camp. The Vikings have a new-look group at the cornerback position, and in Brian Flores' new defense the top players in man coverage will have an early advantage.

On the offensive side of the ball, Jalen Nailor and Brandon Powell will battle it out for the final spot at wide receiver. Powell's special teams value should not be overlooked, but Nailor's upside might be a tick higher.

Vikings fans should feel confident in a return to the postseason after a productive offseason from Adofo-Mensah and his front office staff. The only question seems to be whether or not Minnesota can stave off the Detroit lions for the NFC North title.
