Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel hugs Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (11) as the teams get ready to face off at Lincoln Financial Field Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022, in Philadelphia, Pa. Nfl Tennessee Titans At Philadelphia Eagles

It has been almost ten months since the Tennessee Titans traded A.J. Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles. Since then, we have seen the general manager who made the trade fired, and now Brown is getting ready to play in his first Super Bowl.

Since the trade, it has not been all love between the two sides. Brown has gone on social media to criticize his old team and has taken shots at them in past interviews. However, when talking about the Titans during Super Bowl Media Day, Brown only had positive things to say.

"A lot of guys have reached out to me," Brown said. "Coach (Mike) Vrabel reached out to me. I have no hard feelings for nobody in Tennessee. There's nothing but love, and they are still showing me love, too."

This quote is a change of tone from Brown, who has seemingly gone from being salty about the trade to appreciating his time in Tennessee. Brown also talked about how he grew up in Tennessee and how he has been able to move on over the past ten months.

"I definitely matured as a man, matured as a football player," Brown said of his days in Nashville. "Matured in ways of learning it's a business and kind of removing my feelings from it."

Watching A.J. Brown take the field Sunday will hurt for a lot of Titans fans. It is a move that aggravated the fanbase from the moment it was made, and it is hard to look at this past season and not see the ghost of A.J. Brown everywhere you look. However, it is nice to know that Brown still has love for the organization and has seemingly gotten past the bitterness that existed in the months following the trade.
