The Tennessee Vols' 52-49 win against Alabama this past weekend in Knoxville featured several memorable moments that college football fans will remember forever.

One moment that went viral, however, was a little more unique than the other moments.

In the fourth quarter, Vols offensive lineman Jeremiah Crawford vomited on the field and then nodded his head toward Alabama defensive lineman Byron Young as if to say "game on".

On Tuesday, Young was asked about the moment by an Alabama reporter.

Young said he and Crawford were actually talking just before the vomiting episode.

According to Young, he told jokingly told Crawford he was nasty before looking to the sideline.

In a game full of wild moments, that might have been the wildest moment of them all.
