With just two regular-season games left to play, Tennessee Vols fans can taste the program's first ever College Football Playoff appearance.
Tennessee will be favored in their final two games of the season (at South Carolina and at Vanderbilt). They have to win those games and they might need some help to make the playoff (a USC and TCU loss would help).
Still, the Vols have to feel pretty good about their chances to make the playoff.
And so does CBS Sports.
Jerry Palm, CBS Sports' bracketology and bowl game expert, has Tennessee making the playoff and playing Georgia in the Peach Bowl in Atlanta.
Palm has Ohio State and TCU meeting in the Fiesta Bowl in the other playoff game.

I don't think the playoff would set up a rematch between Tennessee and Georgia in the first round. But if the Vols are going to win a national championship, they'll almost certainly have to beat the Bulldogs anyway. So it really doesn't matter when they play.
First, though, Tennessee has to take care of business the next two weeks. And all that should matter in the Vols' locker room this week is South Carolina.
This team has done a great job of staying focused all season. I have no doubt that this week will be no different.
