Controversial ESPN host Stephen A Smith doesn't think the Tennessee Titans will beat the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau Field on Thursday night.
His reasoning, while not sound, is simple.
Smith doesn't believe in Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
"I didn't pick Tennessee," said Smith during Wednesday's episode of First Take. "I have no faith in Ryan Tannehill. I just don't."

I get it — there are plenty of folks who don't have a lot of faith in Tannehill.
But what Smith is glossing over is the fact that Tennessee would be 7-2 right now with a road win over the Kansas City Chiefs if Tannehill doesn't miss week nine with an ankle injury.
The Packers have been mostly terrible all season. Their offense finally showed some signs of life against the Dallas Cowboys this past week, but that was mostly because Green Bay's run game was working (the Packers rushed for 207 yards against Dallas).
I'm not sure that same strategy will work against a Titans defense that's ranked No. 2 in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per game (85.1).
Tannehill won't have to look like a Hall of Famer for the Titans to beat the Packers. He just needs to be average at best and the Titans should leave Lambeau with a W.
